Arthur is new here. Being born is confusing and frightening. It's messy and milky. Especially when you remember your past life so vividly. As Arthur grows and develops from birth to two years old, he is haunted by memories of his family's estate and the artists who would come rent rooms in summer. He remembers the arrogance of boyhood and the terror of war. Most importantly, though, Arthur cannot stop recalling the quiet, unresolved love he always held for Julie. Can he really forget her?
